This section is a walk-through of how to get $BENCHMARK via Uniswap (Arbitrum).
Each $BENCHMARK represents a unit of the BenchMark Demo Fund and can be redeemed into USDC on Arbitrum via Uniswap. (Details in ) We have allocated 10% of the total fund into Aave USDC lending pool on Arbitrum and made a trading pair of the waUSDCn and $BENCHMARK, on Uniswap V3 on Arbitrum. This can be seen on the .
Specifically, one LP is for buying $BENCHMARK from any selling unit holder (in this case, #3827084, at the price of 28 Oct 2024's unit price of $1.0043) and the other LP is for selling $BENCHMARK from any interested buyer (in this case, #3827080, at the price of 11 Nov 2024's unit price of $1.0072).
In the UI of Llamaswap, simply switch to the Arbitrum chain and key in USDC and $BENCHMARK (0x0aa6fccda7a48fcca34119e430049e1df866734b) for trading:
If you are not comfortable using Llamaswap, and wish to buy from Uniswap directly, here is a simple guide. Please note that if you use Uniswap's UI, it will charge you 0.2% as swap fee.
After that, once you have waUSDCn (0x7CFaDFD5645B50bE87d546f42699d863648251ad) in the wallet, you can swap $BENCHMARK in Uniswap:
There are some technical details in the set-up of this liquidity pool of $BENCHMARK, due to the restrictions of Uniswap V3. Nonetheless, some router can help us to trade $BENCHMARK directly, and here we would like to recommend the use of by DefiLlama.
First, waUSDCn is the wrapped version of USDC lending deposit in Aave Arbitrum. You can use a to call the smart contract to deposit your USDC into waUSDCn, or vice versa redeem waUSDCn into USDC. (waUSDCn has an officially name statarbUSDCn).
Alternatively, you can call directly, and it's relatively straight forward.
