# SERENITY RESEARCH DEMO FUND: BENCHMARK

Welcome to Serenity Research!

This documentation is a guide to understand how our Demo Fund (BenchMark) works and also an operational manual for it. 

BenchMark is our first Demo Fund that uses strategies from the Benchmark category of our weekly report, or strategies similar to those (not included as they might be smaller or repetitive). The BenchMark Demo Fund: 

* invests in mainly [Tier 1 and Tier 2](https://serenityresearch.substack.com/) Stablecoins or USD delta neutral strategies 
* invests in large and battle-tested DeFi protocols
* invests in Ethereum or its major EVMs
* is diversified into 10 or more protocols
* displays its AUM and unit price on chain and is updated monthlu

**Information contained here, the BenchMark Demo Fund is only for Serenity Research existing and potential advisory clients, i.e. clients who engage us for portfolio advisory work or purchase dedicated research reports from us. The fund is set-up to demonstrate the operational procedures we typically set-up in place for an advisory client.**
